Lexus of Valencia Review Now the transaction is completed I’m sharing my experience. This is the 2nd time I purchased a car from this dealer, 7 months before. First experience was fine. Not great but fine. First experience they tried to give me one key only. delayed my payment for trade in. Issue with Lexus connect, took it into service to figure it out. then service blamed sales?? I fixed it myself. 2nd time much much much worse. Pressure and Rushed Process: The dealership rushed the paperwork process with my wife without allowing a proper inspection or test drive due to alleged interest from another buyer. The other competing salesmen went up to my wife told her when I saw you I let you have the car. What??? Trade-In Valuation Issues: The sales manager, Philip Yadkar, undervalued their trade-in vehicle compared to another dealer, despite its excellent condition. Claims about the tires and wheels being in bad condition were contradictory to their actual state. Defects in Purchased Vehicle: The UX250h had several defects like paint issues, scratches, and missing parts. Promised my wife detailing to fix these issues was not fulfilled. Rust Discovery and Lack of Support: After noticing rust on the car's paint, the customer's concerns were dismissed by the salesperson, Jose, due to not having purchased a specific protection plan. When we went back to the dealer he yelled at us in the parking lot. Difficulty in Transaction Completion: There were issues in completing the trade, involving delays in receiving payment and having to push hard for it. They said they needed the new title to them. I had to fight to get our check. Already sold our trade in. Poor Customer Service: The dealership staff, particularly Jose and Philip, were dismissive and hostile, including an instance where they refused to inspect the car and threatened to expel my wife and I. Unresolved Issues and Miscommunication: Requests for basic replacements were met with unreasonable price increases, and a verbal agreement for tire replacement was not communicated properly, leading to further complications. We were lied to by the salesmen, sales manager, store manager and service. Lack of Accountability and Responsiveness: Management, including store manager Mark Haynes, did not respond to any emails or calls, showing a lack of accountability and poor customer service. He did called to promise new tires but that promise vanished General Dissatisfaction with Dealership Experience: Overall, the level of service and customer care was significantly below expected standards, leading to a loss of confidence in Lexus of Valencia. I will never go there again and will tell everyone my experience. Communication Breakdown: Salesman Jose Moscos completely ignored further communication attempts after the sale. I wrote several emails to the store manager, Mark Hayes. He promised all new tires, he has completely ignored me. I gave up. Philip the sales manager when I got upset when he would not look at the rust threatened my wife and I that he would kick us out. This was all reported to store manager with silence. Reported to dealer corporate. I have heard nothing. contacted Lexus, still waiting to hear back. They would not even let me use their restroom!

Loved my car buying experience at this location. Alex is the man! We communicated by text, agreed on a price and I had my keys and out the door in less than 3 hours. It took long because they were detailing my car, but I did not mind waiting.

It was a pleasure to lease my new Lexus with Al as my salesperson. He's hard working, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and understanding. He really made my experience with leasing my new car wonderful. I also would like to say that everyone who I had the pleasure of meeting at Lexus of Valencia was so kind and accommodating. I'm also very impressed that I was personally introduced to Scott in maintenance and he let me know that I will always be welcome to personally contact him for any future maintenance that I may need for my new vehicle. It was also quite a pleasant surprise that Al took the time out of his day the following day after I took my new vehicle home, to call me to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle. The dealership is set up beautifully and is immaculate. I am so happy with my new car. This is I think my5th Lexus and Lexus will always be my vehicle of choice and Lexus of Valencia will always be the dealership of choice for my future Lexus vehicles!

After a long 3 days of shopping around and talking to almost all the local Lexus dealers, I was able to get the best deal at Lexus of Valencia with Anahita’s help. She is the most honest, dedicated, super professional sales lady I have ever met. We are very impressed by the service we received here. Will definitely come back .

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! We called the dealership prior to coming. They were very nice and kind so we made an appointment and when we arrived we were introduced to Isidro the salesperson. We chose the car and filled the application. They ran my credit it was little after 8 pm and then they asked for my DL. Later they told us to go home because Toyota financial was already closed. Everything has changed from this point . We waited for few days and nobody got back to us. Every time we would text our salesperson his response was IM BUSY WITH MY CUSTOMER . He made us feel like we weren’t a customers. Also I left my DL there. He never texted us to come back and get my document. We texted him next day and he never responded. My fiancé had to drive there in the morning to get the DL back. When he walked in he found my document on the desk .This is how they are protecting customers identity! Horrible customer service. For the first time I had horrible experience at the dealership. Oh! One more thing now we have one hard inquiry from Lexus which we didn’t get the answer up to now! Very unprofessional!

Brought my Lexus here to figure out an electrical issue related to the TMPS system. After doing a series of diagnostics myself, my best guess that something was malfunctioning within the wiring or receiver that marries the sensors to the receiving unit in the car. I worked with Scott. He was honest and worked with the utmost integrity. He and his team were able to diagnose the issue down to a couple wires that had been chewed through my mice/rats. Despite those parts and the labor not being covered under warranty (act of nature, not faulty parts), Scott was straightforward about the issue. He got the repair scheduled for the same afternoon. I picked up my car right as he was wrapping up for the evening. He stayed a couple minutes to make sure I took delivery of my car with all paperwork in hand. Highly recommend the service team here. They're great to work with.

After countless visits at other dealerships I finally found the car my wife and I loved. Our car salesman Bernie was professional and friendly. He made the process comfortable and helped us with the payment we wanted. I would highly recommend him and the Valencia Lexus dealership.
